We need at least one weeks notice but for bigger orders may need longer. (All dates subject to availability)
A 50% deposit should be made on ordering your food and full payment one week prior.
When ordering online, no payment will be taken when checking out, we will instead confirm your order details and send you a payment request for 50% of the order over email.
You can collect your order in store or we will deliver to your venue free within a 5 mile radius on all orders over £100
Sorry but we are unable to deliver on Sundays, but are open for collection from 10am – 4pm.
On all orders over a 5 mile radius Delivery charges will apply.
All food should be kept at a cool room temperature for a maximum of 4 hours or kept in refrigeration at +5c up to 48 hours from time of collection or Delivery
Cancellation conditions:
- If cancelled more than one week before buffet is due to be delivered no charge will be levied.
- If cancelled less than 1 week before the buffet is due to be delivered then a 50% charge will be made.
- If cancelled less than 24 hours before buffet is due to be delivered the full amount will be charged.
